Refund policy

Returns
In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) you have the right to cancel any electronic transaction for the supply of goods within seven days after the date of receipt of the goods, and, obtain a full refund for those goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation. 

Correctly supplies you will be liable for the shipping costs of the return and may be liable for a handling fee of up to 25% on cut lengths of cable.

Incorrectly supplied cable will be fully refunded or changed for the correct item at the cost of Direct Cable.

All returns are subject to a return evaluation, this is to check the product is returned in an unused condition and has not been altered or damaged.
